Children’s hybrid speech therapy Illustrations for Premera Oy. Made in collaboration with speech therapists. Illustrators included spatial images, objects, emotions as well as character designs.

Bunny and Dog chatting. Two empty speech bubbles between them.

Assignment was to

  • Illustrate spatial images with and without characters
  • Design two animal characters
  • Illustrate cards with everyday objects, feelings, activities and noises as well as objects with something wrong with them

How it went

  • I collected a Pinterest board of children’s illustrations and presented with a question: which one of these stand out to you?
  • During the project, we held meetings and communicated via email with the client.
  • I did all my illustrations with Adobe Illustrator, to have an ability to copy and paste objects and do several variants for client to use.

End result

  • Everything was delivered via Google Drive
  • All images included transparent versions and different coloured backgrounds for therapists to use and easily combine in the future if needed
